Shipping and Policies
Our production facility is temporarily closed due to the Illinois mandate that non-essential business operations shut down for the time being. We can ship existing stock and will continue to take online orders, however, your order may take up to ten business days to ship. We will contact you by e-mail if we cannot ship within three business days. Thank you and we really appreciate your support!
Our prices include domestic shipping to the lower 48. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US, and we will calculate your additional shipping charge.
We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail. Orders of four or more candles may be shipped via FedEx Ground. We can ship most orders two business days after an order is placed. Larger orders (a dozen or more candles) may take longer to ship. Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days. FedEx Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification by email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. Let us know if you need an order expedited and we’ll let you know if we can do it.
Bulk and Custom Orders
We are happy to customize our labeling or packaging for orders of 8 candles or more. We can pour any of our scents into either our light, amber or black packaging. We can also ship label free if you prefer to affix your own label. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss the possibilities. Please note that custom orders may take longer to ship.
Returns and Exchanges
If you aren’t completely delighted with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on unused products within 14 days of your receiving our shipment. Returned products should be in their original condition and wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received them. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on return items. Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know your return is en route, and let us know if you prefer a refund, replacement, or an exchange.
If your package was damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately by email and send us a few photos of the damage. We will gladly send replacement items.
